About The Event
United Village Global (UVG), chaired by Mr. Rune Kongshaug, invites you to Building Circular Futures — a dialogue and live showcase demonstrating impact in action: youth training, real prototypes, and collaboration between suppliers, researchers, and investors. The event takes place in support of the Net Zero Future (NZF) Conference and the EU-funded DRASTIC Project, linking global research with regional innovation and capacity-building across EMEA.

Purpose
Circular construction will advance only when capacity-building and market incentives align. This event
highlights how social inclusion, technical innovation, and commercial feasibility converge to make circularity
investable.
Three focus activities:
1. Commercializing Reuse-Ready Components
Design for Assembly And Disassembly (DfAD) in practice.
2. Launching the TukaPOD MakerSpace (Johannesburg)
with Engage & Empower, training youth in 3D printing and reuse manufacturing.
3. Expanding UVG Capacity-Building Programs
– linking students, suppliers, and investors to replicate circular competence across EMEA through vocational training and exchange.
